By downloading or using Inspectly, you agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and the subscription information below. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple's Standard EULA is the licence agreement for Inspectly unless a different agreement is displayed in App Store Connect.
App purpose
Inspectly is a recordkeeping and reporting tool for property information and inspections. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of information you enter and for obtaining any permission needed to photograph, record, store or share information about a property or person.
No professional advice
Inspectly does not provide legal, financial, valuation, safety, structural, electrical, plumbing or other professional advice. App records and reports are not a substitute for an appropriately qualified professional or for requirements imposed by a contract, insurer, regulator or law.
Your content and backups
You retain responsibility for content you create or import. Inspectly stores records locally and does not provide cloud sync or developer-hosted recovery. Keep independent backups, verify exported reports and protect files containing personal or confidential information.
Free plan
The Free plan supports one property and up to five photos or documents in total. Features and limits shown before purchase form part of the current product description and may be changed in a future app version where permitted by law.
Inspectly Premium
Premium is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription through Apple. The app shows the product, duration, localised price and any eligible introductory offer supplied by the App Store before purchase. Premium provides the features listed on the purchase screen while the subscription is active.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or after an eligible introductory offer. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store subscription settings. Deleting Inspectly does not cancel a subscription.
Availability and changes
The app may change as it is maintained and improved. Features that depend on Apple services, device capabilities or network access may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the warranties, liability limits, termination rules and governing terms in Apple's Standard EULA apply.
